What: Town Hall Meeting to discuss Investment Property Rental Caps and updating the quorum

It is an informal owner meeting where we share information and discusses the ideas shared. The intention of this meeting is to share with you what issues of investment properties in the country and what Mayor of Fishers is asking of POA’s, address your concerns about rental properties, share our first draft of the amendment to our Restrictions, and then hear your thoughts and concerns about our ideas! There will be no formal vote, we want to hear your feedback, it’s important to us to know what you want for our neighborhood. We will be hosting Kim Suttor with Eads, Murray, and Pugh. She is one of the attorneys who is helping us write the proposed amendment and she will be able to help answer our questions.

What happens after the Town Hall?

The Board will take your feedback and make any adjustments to the wording of the amendment and then we will begin the work of putting it to a vote. We will be going door to door, mailing out voting ballots, and setting up a tent in the park for you to stop by and vote. If the vote passes, we will file it with the county to make it official.
