HOURS:
11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. daily

Adult Swim for ages 18 and up: occurs for 15 minutes at the top of every hour (ex: 3:45-4:00; 4:45-5:00)

POOL KEYS:
If you already have a pool key and your 2022 dues are paid and current, your key will be programmed and ready to use on opening day.  Your key will not work if you have not paid your dues. New homeowners whose dues are paid current can contact Loree at sweetbriarpoa@gmail.com and set up time to get a key.  If you lost your pool key, new pool keys will be $25.

WEATHER CLOSINGS:
Keep an eye on our Facebook page (facebook.com/groups/sweetbriarfishers/) for up-to-date pool closings or delays due to weather. Signage will also be placed on the pool door in case of an unexpected closing. Notice: The lifeguard on duty is authorized to close the pool at any time, for any duration, due to inclement weather, or any emergency or unforeseen circumstance. If the temperature is below 70 degrees the pool will not be open.

SWEET BRIAR POOL RULES:
1. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.
2. No one is allowed in the pool area unless a lifeguard is present.
3. Lifeguards may close the pool due to weather or safety, or remove any person from the pool area, at their discretion.
4. Adult swims are held on the hour for 15 minutes (18 years and older).
5. The children’s pool is intended for children six years of age or younger when accompanied by an adult.
6. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver who is an association member and at least 18 years of age. (Indiana State Department of Health-410IAC 6-2.1-36.)
7. No diving permitted.
8. No flotation devices are allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
9. No large inflatable toys are permitted in either pool (rafts, fish, boats, etc.).
10. Only swimsuits may be worn in the water. NO STREET CLOTHES ARE PERMITTED IN THE WATER. (Indiana State Department of Health -410 IAC 6-2.1-36.)
11. Children wearing diapers or who are not potty trained must wear rubber or plastic swim pants at all times, while in either pool.
12. All pool users must shower (rinse off) before entering the water.
13. Persons having infectious diseases, open sores, bandages, cuts or recent vaccinations will not be allowed in the water.
14. No glass is allowed beyond the pool entrance doorway.
15. All food must be consumed in the designated areas: Behind the red line under the pool house porch or behind the red line near the basketball court.
16. No running, rough play, spitting, dunking or use of foul language will be tolerated.
17. An adult association member must accompany all visitors.
18. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
19. ANY ACTIVITY DEEMED UNSAFE BY LIFEGUARD OR MANAGEMENT IS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
20. NO SMOKING inside the pool area.
