Welcome to Sweet Briar neighborhood! Nestled in the heart of Fishers, Sweet Briar is a 240-unit subdivision located just off SR37/I-69, just down the street from award-winning elementary, intermediate, junior high, and high schools, great shopping and entertainment options, and plenty to do within walking, bicycling, and driving distance for the whole family. Our neighborhood offers a five-acre community park with a walking path and a private swimming pool for its residents.

Our Property Owners Association is one of the few remaining neighborhoods in the area still managed by a volunteer board rather than a property management company. The POA Board President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary each live in the neighborhood and are committed to helping keep Sweet Briar a safe, fun, and beautiful place to live.
