On behalf of the Sweet Briar Property Owners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Sweet Briar, we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the streets, at the pool, or at a community activity.

As a new homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind, the Association has a process for exterior home changes. Its function is to ensure compliance with all covenants, restrictions, and guidelines. The purpose of this review is to maintain the value of our homes. Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval before any work begins. We also ask that you keep your trash cans inside your garage or somewhere that they are not visible from the street.
Please send us the email addresses of anyone in your home that you would like to be added to our email list. We send out quarterly emails and important neighborhood updates through this channel.
